*1 Teaspoon eno fruit Salt ( Baking soda)
*3/4 cup water ( adjust as needed)

*2 teaspoon oil
*1 teaspoon mustard seeds sesame
*green chilli, Salt,8-10 curry leaves
*1/4 cup water
*1 teaspoon sugar
Garnish
Fresh Coriander leaves ( chopped)

Step - by - step:- how to make dhokla
Prepare the better
In a large mixing bowl combine besan semolina , ginger , chili paste, turmeric,lemon juice,suger and salt , gradually add water to form a smooth better without lumps .
Add the rising agent
Right before steaming add ENO fruit Salt and mix you"ll notice the better becomes airy and light this is the second to spongy dhokla
Steam the dhokla
