  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon chaat masala
  • ½ teaspoon roasted cumin powder

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Puri

  1. Mix semolina, flour, and salt in a bowl. Gradually add water and knead into a stiff dough.
  2. Cover and rest for 15 minutes. Roll into a thin sheet and cut small circles.
  3. Heat oil and deep-fry until crispy. Drain on a paper towel.

Step 2: Make the Pani

  1. Blend mint, coriander, chilies, ginger, and tamarind with a little water. Strain the mixture.
